Achieving Compliance

The Southern Ute Growth Fund is committed to achieving Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance through SECMG based on the following principles:

• We will be good stewards of the lands in which we operate;
• We are fully dedicated to safety and environmental protection and compliance in all operations on and off Tribal Lands;
• We will implement “Best Management Practices” in all operations; and
• We will endeavor to develop and maintain effective working relationships and partnerships with Tribal entities, regulatory agencies and communities.
